Refund Policy

The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Once your full payment is made, it becomes non-refundable unless you experience a life-altering event, such as:

Medical emergency or hospitalization

Family emergency or death in the family

Wildland fire or deployment
-
Emergency responder activation

Unexpected job relocation or military orders
