Payment Options

• A 50% deposit is required at sign-up to reserve your seat.

• The remaining 50% is due 14 days before your class starts.

• You can make payments:

  • In person

  • Over the phone

  • Or via Venmo (@cowboymed)

Refund Policy

• The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.

• Once your full payment is made, it becomes non-refundable unless you experience a life-altering event, such as:

  • Medical emergency or hospitalization

  • Family emergency or death in the family

  • Wildland fire or deployment

  • Emergency responder activation

  • Unexpected job relocation or military orders
